How do I place an order?

Ordering is simple! Browse our collection, select your desired T-shirt or hoodie, choose your size and color, and add it to your cart. When you're ready, proceed to checkout where you'll enter your shipping details and choose your payment method.

All our items are made-to-order, so please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods for your convenience:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Because all our items are made-to-order, we begin production shortly after your order is placed. You can request modifications or cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting us immediately at customer_service@mkapps.uk.

After this window, we cannot guarantee changes as production may have already begun.

When will my card be charged?

Your payment method is authorized and charged immediately when you place your order. This allows us to begin the production process for your custom-made item without delay.

How long does production and shipping take?

As all items are made-to-order, please allow:

  • Production Time: 3-5 business days
  • UK Shipping: 2-3 business days (Royal Mail)
  • International Shipping: 7-14 business days

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

Important Notice for International Customers: Please contact us at customer_service@mkapps.uk before placing your order if you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom. This is necessary because:

  • Shipping costs vary significantly between different countries
  • We need to provide you with accurate shipping quotes for your specific location
  • We may need to arrange special shipping methods for certain destinations

Customer Responsibility for Additional Charges: Please be aware that as the customer, you are solely responsible for:

  • All customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by your country
  • Any additional charges that occur after your order leaves our warehouse
  • Any delays or issues caused by customs clearance in your country

These additional charges are not included in our shipping costs and will be payable by you directly to the shipping carrier or customs authorities in your country.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website (if you created one) or by contacting our customer service team with your order number.

What happens if I'm not home when my package arrives?

For UK deliveries, Royal Mail will typically leave a card with instructions on how to collect your package from your local delivery office or arrange redelivery.

For international deliveries, the procedure varies by country and carrier. Your tracking information will provide specific details for your location.

How do I choose the right size?

If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Do your sizes run true to size?

Our items follow standard UK sizing. We offer a regular fit that's true to size for most customers.

However, we always recommend checking the specific measurements in our size guide, as individual preferences for fit can vary. Some customers prefer a more relaxed fit and may choose to size up.

Will the fabric shrink after washing?

Our 100% cotton items may experience minimal shrinkage (approximately 3-5%) after the first wash if not cared for properly.

To minimize shrinkage:

  1. Wash in cold or lukewarm water (not hot)
  2. Tumble dry on low heat or air dry
  3. Avoid excessive heat when ironing

Following these care instructions will help maintain the size and quality of your garment.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we have a specific returns policy. We accept returns only for:

  • Incorrect items received (different from what was ordered)
  • Faulty or defective items

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection by the customer, or color preferences.

How do I initiate a return?

If you believe your item qualifies for a return under our policy:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receipt at customer_service@mkapps.uk
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Provide photos if there's a defect or incorrect item
  4. Wait for our approval and return instructions

Important: Do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

How long do refunds take to process?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days.

The refund will be issued to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider, but it's usually 3-5 additional business days.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We're sorry if this has happened! Please contact us immediately at customer_service@mkapps.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged/incorrect item
  • A description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate, and cover any return shipping costs in these cases.
